Currently Reading 5/10/2013

I keep trying to make this rule for myself about not starting anymore new books until I finish at least SOME of the books I'm currently in the middle of... But then I tend not to follow that rule... which is why I am currently reading 17 books right now... I anticipate finishing the two at the top of the list first and moving through the list after that. Now if I can just keep myself from starting any new books until I get this list cut down to 5... or at least 10!


1. Against Calvinism by Roger Olson - I am LOVING this book! Olson writes all of the things I have been thinking but of course he does it much better than I had been able to before!

2. Infinite Jest by David Foster Wallace  -This is pretty trippy. But I'm over halfway through this monstrosity now (1092 pgs!), no turning back! I will conquer this book! :-)


 3. Prototype: What Happens When You Discover You're More Like Jesus Than You Think? by Jonathan Martin I just started this one, I'm pretty excited to read it. You can check out his blog here: http://pastorjonathanmartin.com/


4. Love Wins by Rob Bell - Still in the middle of this one, if I could find a way to read more than one book at a time... I would.

7. The Prophetic Imagination by Walter Brueggemann - I'm about halfway through this one as well
